Here’s my workout from today: WORKOUT A 5 pull ups 10 press ups 12 goblet squats 10 hanging leg raises x5 WORKOUT B 15 dumbbell chest press 12 dumbbell rows (each side) 10 lunges 12 dumbbell curls x5 Nice to be moving again, no matter what it is.
