Mark Wright Instagram – TREADMILL WORKOUT👟👊🏼

– Fartlek for 10 minutes (starting on a jog and working up to a sprint)
– 1 min rest 
– Intervals for 10 minutes (alternate walking and running for 1 min bursts) 

For Fartlek I started at 6km and finished at 16km and for intervals I alternated between 4km and 18km. Do whatever you can manage speed wise pushing yourself to your max.
