Mark Wright Instagram – HEALTHY AIR FRYER KEBABS 🥙 with turkey kofta and spicy mayo. Quick, high in protein, and SO easy to make. Add whatever salad and sauces you like. 

Ingredients: 
(makes 4 koftas, for 2 pittas) 

For the koftas:
250g turkey mince 
Half an onion 
1/2 a chilli (do this to your preference) 
1 clove of garlic 
Salt & Pepper 

2 wholemeal pittas 
Shredded lettuce 
1 Diced tomato 
Jalapeños 
Thinly sliced red onion (use the other half) 
Whatever sauce you like, I used low fat mayo mixed with hot sauce 

Method:
1. Add your mince, garlic, chilli, onion, salt and pepper (be generous with the seasoning) to a bowl. Combine the mixture with your hands and shape into kofta shapes.
2. Pop in the air fryer for 15 minutes (originally I went for 20 but 15 was perfect)
3. Carefully slice open your pittas and pop them in the toaster for a couple of mins so that they are warm but not crispy or they’ll break. Load up you pittas, with salad, koftas and sauce and enjoy.
Mark Wright Instagram – I loved running the @londonmarathon last year as part of #TeamFlora (way more than I thought I would to be honest!). So much so that I‘ve decided to do it all over again and this time… I’m getting the family involved!
