Woke up to the sound of rain this morning. It’s normal to feel lazy, amiright? 🥱 A back out of whack, (from pulling it or straining it yesterday) also contributed to a less than stellar sleep. And being tired only adds to the laziness. (Excuses, excuses) But it’s Wednesday! And I’m supposed to dance with @ilysebcohen So I pushed myself… Took it easy in class – Slow and easy… and then like magic- The dance actually adjusted my back. No longer tired, lazy, or in pain. The moral of this story: Sometimes you just have to push through all the BS, and work it out.
