I forgot to share these that I made last month. They were my healthy January energy boost. They are filled with natural sugar and also a bit of dark chocolate 👌🏼
I was also able to make these with Albie as he could eat the ingredients as we went along.

INGREDIENTS
Majool dates
Crunchy peanut butter
Dark chocolate
Pistachios
METHOD
Slice your dates open to remove the stone
Fill the date with as much peanut butter that you can
Melt dark chocolate and pour over the top
Grind up pistachios and sprinkle over the top
Chill in the fridge
(I kept mine in the fridge to store as I preferred them a bit harder and chewier)
