One of my personal core values is GROWTH🌱 if I am in alignment with this then I feel that in my heart 💓I am living life according to what I know to be right and true (no matter who tells me otherwise).
I love to feel that sense of growth in all aspects of my life in terms of relationships, communication skills, health, fitness, socially and career.
Without growth (for me) I feel this stuck, trapped stagnant energy which ultimately feels a bit like🥀 dying.
Next time you have to make a big decision in life take a moment to ask yourself if it aligns with your core values.
Core values can be used as a super power, a guiding light that illuminates your inner strength and stability.
