Aditi Chengappa Instagram – The last one is the best! 
Sugar is unfortunately as harmful to the body as it is tempting 🙈 Chances are, you’re already addicted, and excess sugar can lead to all sorts of problems including high levels of inflammation, acidity, bloating, acne, weight-gain, diabetes and the risk of heart disease. 
I’m not against dessert and don’t believe in following any extreme routines, but just 5 days and i felt such a huge difference! 
These are the 3 major changes: 
1. My rosacea redness reduced dramatically.
2. Bye-Bye bloating! 
3. I no longer crave it!! Yes, it is not tempting me and it only took 5 days! 

I think i will now reduce my dessert consumption to once a week if i’m even tempted 😄 I refuse to drink tea or coffee without it though ☺️
