Chrissie Swan Instagram – Guys! It’s a big day. I’m officially recruiting all listeners of the @thechrissieswanshow to the BUM BAG LIFESTYLE! The official Chrissie Swan Show Bumbags arrived today. Chrissie Swan Instagram – This is probably a very boring recipe BUT it’s tasty AF and goes under the category of FYKME (Food Your Kids Might Eat). Just a good way to get some veges in because a pile of steamed zucchini on a plate doesn’t cut it at my place and never has. 

I did a big one here but you can halve the recipe. Freezes well. Can eat on its own or stirred through pasta. It has a kind of lasagne vibe but it’s 100% just veg. 

5 zucchinis (chopped)
2 brown onions (diced)
Heaps of garlic
8 tomatoes (chopped)
Oregano.
Cheese
8 tablespoons tomato paste.

Pan fry zucchini on its own in a very hot pan so it gets brown and lovely. 

Add in onion and garlic and fry off. 

Throw in tomatoes and tomato paste and cook together until done. Salt and pepper. 

Transfer to a baking dish.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for maybe 20 minutes until hot and cheese has melted. 

Scoff!
