I had the honor to spend my Ramadan and some prayers with my brother and best friend and I think it remains one of my happiest moments of this blessed month. this year my ramadan was difficult because I felt alone in my practice and also cause I am the only Muslim in my family…but on the other hand, i was able to invoke my lord, get to know him, speak about him to the people who were interested about religion and especially I learn more than ever to not to despair of his mercy. If you know any converts, don’t forget them during that amazing day. I know to much this “loneliness” that you can feel and the difficulty of being afraid of never finding your place and feel isolate from your Ummah. If one of us is suffering we should be able to be here for him / her. Either way, it doesn’t matter what your beliefs are. I TRULY RESPECT , LOVE AND ACCEPT EVERYBODY. May God bring peace in your heart, forgive you and fill you with His blessings in this life as in the next. May our sins be forgiven, our hearts purified, our prayers raised, our douaas answered, our faces illuminated, our place in Paradise granted. #AARMY

De retour dans votre FEED INSTAGRAM, après un très très long moment. J’ai passé près de 2 ans loin des réseaux sociaux et très sincèrement cela ne m’a pas vraiment manqué. Nous vivons dans un monde où beaucoup d’entre nous cours après la validation des autres à tel point qu’ils pensent ne rien valoir sans celle-ci….Se laissant ainsi définir par un nombre de vues, de Likes, ou par un nombre d’abonnés. Vous me connaissez depuis assez longtemps maintenant pour savoir que je ne suis pas dans cette course, je ne cherche pas la visibilité où la gloire… je cherche la vérité , MA VÉRITÉ, celle de savoir si j’avance dans une direction conforme à mes valeurs , à mes envies, avec mes forces mais aussi mes faiblesses. Je ne fais pas semblant d’aller bien quand ça va mal, je ne me force pas à sourire quand je suis triste…. Voilà pourquoi je préfère parfois disparaître afin de revenir et vous donner le meilleur de moi. J’ai passé des années assez mouvementées, j’ai perdu des proches, la santé de ma petite maman ne s’est pas améliorée mais malgré tout , je suis reconnaissant et toujours déterminé à surmonter les obstacles qui se dresseront sur le chemin. Une des raisons de mon absence a été également une profonde perte d’estime et de confiance en moi… pourtant je n’ai jamais cesser de m’entraîner , de m’instruire dans diverses domaines, de grandir dans ma spiritualité mais rien ni faisait. Je me sentais au plus bas… au point d’éviter les miroirs, de ne pas vouloir me voir en photo / vidéo et de ne plus sortir…j’ai du faire un énorme travail sur moi et aujourd’hui c’est assez difficile pour moi que de reposter après toutes ces années. J’ai peur… c’est bizarre. J’ai tellement voulu disparaître que c’est ce que j’ai fait. Alors je reviens humblement sur les réseaux en espérant que vous allez tous bien et avec l’objectif de pouvoir vous donner le meilleur de moi-même. Sachez que de mon côté je n’ai pas chômé, j’ai préparé de belles choses pour celles et ceux qui me soutiennent et qui ont apprécié nos nombreuses aventures.
