Ritika Singh Instagram – Wanted to get a full body workout routine done today, but didn’t feel like running around and jumping too much
So I did this –
Rounds of 3,6,9,12,15 (So 5 rounds total. The reps increase by 3 counts each round)
-Kettlebell swings (overhead)
-Goblet squats
-Step ups on box (each leg full reps)
Followed by a couplet of
10,20,30,40,50 mountain climbers
And
3,6,9,12,15 single arm thruster (each side)
With little to no rest in between, this was a killer full body burn 🔥
