If you read below you’ll see how Tahani was already receiving treatment for severe burns sustained when her tent caught fire, when her family had to flee from the bombings in Syria. Now this. How much trauma must one little girl go through. @inaraorg is on the grounds offering essential services like water, food, clothing and supplies. On top of that they offer treatments for both physical and mental health traumas. Please help us continue to make a difference. These are just people, families trying to flee the wars of men they’ve never met. I’m just so desperate for people to see themselves in these people instead of seeing them as people who live far away in a country at war. I would hope with how scary things have gotten here and so many places abroad, that people would see themselves and know that anything can happen anywhere to anyone. As the aftershocks hit Tahani screamed “Daddy I don’t want to die, get me out of the house”. Tahani is one of my charity @inaraorg cases. The family lives in Kahramanmaras. It may sound familiar now, its been in the news plenty due to the vast destruction caused by the earthquake here.
I find myself wondering how her young mind is processing all of this. A little girl who already knew what it was like to have home not be safe so many times. When bombs forced her family to flee Syria, when her tent caught fire and she burned and her bother died … and now…
