Nice little kettlebell workout for you all!
Hitting mainly the lower body, but hitting your core, posterior chain, and shoulders too.
Nothing too difficult! If it’s too easy, simply up the weight or extend the exercise time! 👊🏼👊🏼
30-second sets of:
Kettlebell Swing
Suitcase Deadlift – each side
Goblet Squat and Overhead Press
All 3 workouts count as 1 round.
10 secs rest between sets.
30-45 secs rest between rounds.
I’d recommend doing 3-5 rounds.
