Home Actress Rachel Hollis HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers August 2023 Rachel Hollis Instagram - Tracking my hormones in the notes app on my phone was one of the BEST decisions of my life. Truly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’d never really understood how my body worked or what to expect, until I started keeping simple notes. I’d just write down which day of my cycle I was on and a quick state-of-the-union. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Day 4 - great energy, super hungry Day 17 - feeling anxious Day 22 - breaking out, feel bloated ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ By doing this for months I began to see very clear patterns to the way I felt based on what day it was. Then when I (inevitably) had a day when I felt like the world was ending, I could look back at last month (and the months before) and realize, that the same feeling, happens on the same day, each month. This allowed me to take better care of myself and be much more graceful with myself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BTW - Why doesn’t anyone teach us this in sex-ed, would have been SO helpful. 🙄

Rachel Hollis Instagram – ep 460: I have never asked a podcast guest if I could bring a guest to our taping— but when I found out @therealruthecarter was joining, I had to ask if my favorite stylist @champagnerosee could come and join us and Ruth graciously agreed to let us both fan girl over her in person.

What an absolute treat to hear about the creative process from a literal icon. Listen to this episode wherever you get your podcasts!
Rachel Hollis Instagram – Many of us were made to fear money from the time we were small. We grew up in homes where money or food or security were uncertain. We learned to fear finances because there was never enough, and the adults around us were always stressed by the lack.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re not conscious of it, you’ll bring that same belief system into your adult life and recreate the “reality” you grew up seeing.

I found this book (Creating Money / Attracting Abundance by Sanya Roman Duane Packer) on a shelf in Sedona and it’s the best thing I’ve EVER read about abundance — not just financial abundance but relationships, health, career— ALL of it. Highly recommend!
