Deanna Yusoff Instagram – Currently, I find myself dealing with the consequences of travel, changes in climate, jet lag, and insufficient sleep, along with adjusting to a different diet. These factors can collectively impact the body and weaken the immune system. 

I’m experiencing a scratchy throat, a runny nose, and overall body aches, although thankfully, it’s not severe enough to keep me confined at home.

I’m feeling a bit improved today, and I credit this to my prompt response when I first noticed the initial symptoms. I’ve been using Echinacea throat spray, elderberry lozenges and syrup, warm lemon and honey concoctions, and consuming plenty of water and also get plenty of rest. 

I’ve also taken the time to contemplate whether my body is trying to eliminate toxins or emotions, and I’m being attentive and gentle with myself, providing extra care.

It’s essential to remember that with some assistance, we have the capacity to heal ourselves. Our bodies possess an incredible feedback system that signals when something is amiss. Learning to comprehend its needs can expedite the healing process. 

Since I’m not severely unwell, I made the effort to rise from my bed and venture outside to immerse myself in the natural world—amongst the trees, birds, and flowers. It’s a therapeutic experience, and I can sense my body expressing gratitude.

Deanna Yusoff Instagram – Embracing the Bright Side of Jet Lag! ☀️✈️ Woke up at 5 AM, and guess what? I decided to seize the moment. 💪💫

Instead of hitting snooze, I thought, “When was the last time I woke up so early?” 🤔 So, I made a pact with myself to cherish it and make the most of this peaceful morning. 🌄

Early mornings used to be my secret productivity weapon, no distractions! 🚀 Today, I rekindled that magic. Started with a soothing cup of tea, a gratitude meditation, and a few chapters of an audiobook. Then, I rolled out my yoga mat and sweated it out for 25 minutes. 💆‍♀️

With the day still fresh, I stepped outside for some invigorating morning air and logged in half of my daily steps! 🚶‍♀️ Feeling accomplished, I treated myself to a mocha and a croissant. ☕🥐

Back home by 9 AM, I realized that this spontaneous day was a far cry from my usual over-planned routines. Who else can relate to that? 🙋‍♂️
