Or just like your daughter, sister or mother. And it’s time we treat them as such. It’s almost my birthday. And to celebrate, I am opening up my wallet and matching $1 for $1 up to $35k, for donations made to my charity Unicorn Island Fund (@unicornisland). 100% of the money raised will go directly towards funding community-based organizations (CBOs) that empower girls and women in India, in the following ways: 💜 Providing access to education 💜 Providing school uniforms, sports equipment, school supplies, medical coverage and meals for girls 💜 Teaching girls important life skills such as hygiene, sexual safety, confidence and public speaking 💜 Preventing girls from child marriage 💜 Preventing violence against girls and women In other words, 100% of the money raised will go towards helping girls and women live a life filled with opportunities, not barriers.
