A super beautiful fashion accessory that matches with elegant, daytime or sporty outfits. It’s a stylish watch that I wear to simply see the time or to elevate my look – but I can also track everything from steps, calories, heart rate or my training with different options. As well as seeing my calendar, notifications, music and GPS… if I ever went for a run 👀
Some of you can maybe remember that I went back & forth with wearing smart watches in the past. I loved to see insights of my training, but I wasn’t so happy with how they looked obviously like a smart watch. It’s similar to: I am fitness lover, but that doesn’t mean I’m wearing my sports bra all day long.

Going fast is not the main argument here – gliding elegantly over rocks and wannabe-streets, a Wrangler was almost a no brainer. It was love at first pothole (Schlagloch) 💌

My classic Banana Bread Recipe (you can find it in my Pam App) was an absolute hit 🍰😮💨 After 115.000 likes and thousands of happy messages, it was about time for a follow-up with… chocolateeeee 🕺🏼🍫
– Texture: incredibly tender, fluffy & juicy
– Topping: a pretty nut butter swirl!
– Taste: rich in cocoa, naturally sweet from bananas, special by adding big banana pieces and dates & not „heavy“ at all
1 serving = makes ca. 500g cake = approx. 10 slices
I did double the portion here.
👩🏼🍳Ingredients:
150g wholegrain spelt flour
50g ground nuts
30g cocoa powder
optional: 2 tbsp coconut sugar
1-2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
250g banana
40g dates
60g dark chocolate
30g coconut oil
100ml plant milk
1 tsp vinegar
10-30g nut butter for the swirl
