For anyone who’s feeling overwhelmed by it all today—your problems, your relationships, your to-do list—know you’re not alone. More people than you realize are feeling the same right now. I’ve always found that knowing this truth gives me new energy and confidence, because I realize that it’s not that there’s anything wrong with me, or my life, it’s just life! Handling life is a lot easier when you don’t feel like it’s you that’s broken.
Sending love from Audrey and me!

Notice that “inner work” isn’t even mentioned here? That’s intentional.
I want you to see just how many things can have an indirect—but profound—impact on your love life. As John Kay mentions in his book “Obliquity,” our goals are often achieved in indirect ways, and progress in your love life can be more subtle than you think.

How would you feel about Cass coming over for a ‘wardrobe edit’ and telling you to throw away 2/3 of your clothes?😅
I found it so freeing! It’s been years since I did a cull of things in my wardrobe. But we need a bigger car to get all this stuff to Goodwill lol. Thank you again to @nextlevelwardrobe for taking me through this exercise. Swipe to see the after shots!

I recently heard someone say, “It’s never too late to become the person you want to be.”
Many people I speak with are stuck in a self-perpetuating cycle: doing the same things over and over (and expecting a different result) because they don’t know other options exist. In other words, they may be hanging out in the same places with the same friends, wondering why they never meet anyone new.
I’m here to remind you that change IS possible, you have the power to build the life you want, and it’s never too late for you to become who you’ve always wanted to be.
If you’re ready to dive back into the dating world and find real results in your love life, but aren’t sure where to begin, I have a free training that will help you get started. Simply comment RESULTS below and I’ll DM you the link to start watching now.

Audrey and I were on vacation in January of this year, and when we got back home she pulled up the photos of us on the beach. I felt completely deflated. I looked so far from the shape I’ve been used to being in over the years. I never fully returned to my normal baseline after the Covid years where I was eating 3 bowls of Oreo cookie cereal at 11 p.m. just for the hell of it. But this was my “enough” moment. On our Retreat, I talk about it as the moment where you no longer say “I can do this,” but instead say “I HAVE to do this.”
Well, after training A LOT this year, I’m so proud of myself as I sit here able to tell you that I’m finally back to feeling like myself!
Having got here, I called my dear friend @nextlevelwardrobe’s Cassandra Sethi, one of the best stylists out there, and asked her to style me for all the big things I have coming up, including my Retreat, and . . . what’s that little thing I’m doing soon? . . . oh yeah, GETTING MARRIED. Phew, I knew I was forgetting something.
Here’s some fun footage from our style day together. I’m so grateful to her. Until now, I had 20 of the same T-shirt and wore sweatpants everywhere. (They kind of looked like suit trousers . . . but also looked just like sweatpants.)
Now I’m fancy, so get ready to see me looking like I’m actually trying with my clothes in my videos! Woohoo!
Thanks again, @nextlevelwardrobe , for helping me retire my sweatpants outside the house, and making me excited about my clothes again! I would encourage anyone who knows it’s time for a new style chapter in their life to go follow them (and maybe even try to get a style day with Cassandra for yourself!)
