Parvathy Omanakuttan Instagram – Ending my Monday night on a perfectly tangy and not too sweet “cheesecakey” note … Mmmmmmm 😋
Aside from the painful wait to let the cheesecake set completely (24hrs😅); The lemon juice and zest in the cheesecake perfectly balances the sweetness, the nuts add the body and crunch, the filo pastry did turn out to be less crisp compared to what I had imagined but in all reality with the cheesecake filling on the inside and sugar syrup on the outside it was expected to happen. *Do I love the taste of it? – OH YESSSS; *Will I make it again? – I will surely make the classic version without the filo pastry. But I am glad I tried 😊 @the.chefs.world
