* 1 cup – Beetroot : Contains potassium, iron, magnesium, manganese, sodium, zinc,copper,selenium, folate
* 1 cup – Carrot : Conatins Beta carotene, Alpha-carotene, Lutein, Lycopene, Polyacetylenes, Anthocyanins, Potassium, Biotin, Viatmin A, Vit B6, Vit K

***NOTE –
1. Turn off the heat before adding coconut milk. Cooking coconut milk on high heat will cause it to split.
2. Add coconut oil right at the end and cover with a lid for the aroma to infuse.
