Absolutely loving this way of training, the general rule of thumb.
3 sets of each exercise.
3 exercises per circuit.
Rep range 15-20 reps.
Rest between sets 45 seconds.
4 Separate Circuits.
Choose 1 exercise for chest, shoulders, back and turn this into your circuit.
This is great for general fitness and muscle build. Aim to do 2 upper weight workouts per wk, and 2 lower. Along with variations in cardio at least 4 cardio sessions per week. #fitness #muscle #fatloss | Posted on 05/Nov/2023 11:47:48
