It’s because most of y’all’s breakfasts consist of 150 grams of carbs….🫣
No Protein…. 😓
And don’t get me started about the fats 🫠
Trust me as a coach I’ve seen it all , most of my clientele is in New York City, and bagels and cream cheese are the vein of my Coaching exsistance 🤣
If you want to be more satiated throughout the day , and also set yourself up for success, so you don’t stuff your face by the end of the day…👀
You need to make sure that you’re aiming for about 30 to 50g of protein in the morning 🥩🍳🐓
And yes, from food! 🤤
So go to the grocery store , by yourself a lean meat, and throw an egg on top, and as @thisiscourtneytaylor says, “ where is the veggie?” 🛒
And watch how your Mid-day crash disappears. 😳😎
