Rachel Melvin Instagram – My podcast was a way of sharing what I’ve learned about life with the hope of helping others navigate their way through similar situations. But what I’ve gone through over the past few years is simply not safe to share so candidly in today’s culture or climate. I’ve felt suppressed in my silence but making these videos allows me to express myself in a more abstract way that’s open for interpretation. So, while I will not go into the specifics regarding the inspiration behind this video, I will simply say it’s about letting go of all the obstacles, constraints, and variables holding me back in life so I can go back to being who I am without any interference from the outside world. Life should be easy and when it feels unnecessarily difficult, it’s time to make a radical change.
We shot this just before we left town to start down a new path and on a new adventure. So far, life has been easy and I’ve never felt more like myself.
