Some important take aways confirmed by a lot of peer reviewed research:

-blue light blocking glasses don’t really do anything but using screens at a farther distance from your face and at a lower brightness might make it more comfortable. 
-using your phone before bed negatively affects your sleep. 
-take a break every 20 minutes of screen time for 20 seconds for optimal comfort. 
-spending time outdoors is great for your vision all around. (Wear sun protection)
