Andrew Neighbors Instagram – So something that’s helped a lot for me recently is to remember to slow down. 
With workouts and in general. 
Go slow and feel each rep /exercise out with control. 
And in general – stop trying so hard to multitask. Try not to rush from task to task throughout the day. One thing at a time. And don’t be mad at yourself if you can’t or if you forget to slow down. No pressure – you’re doing your best.
