Home Actress Bethany Hamilton HD Photos and Wallpapers December 2023 Bethany Hamilton Instagram - Life is a lot like the ocean. It’s challenging, its beautiful and it can change at anytime… Competitive surfing is such a unique sport because it’s actually more about adapting to the conditions of the ocean than who you’re up against. 🌊 The waves might be amazing when your heat starts and by the time you finish, they could be super bad. Anything can happen – the wind can pick up, the waves can get mushy, the sets can slow down. You really have to be ready to adapt to what the ocean brings. Pushing myself out there during training and competitions has taught me so much patience, grit, and determination because the ocean is always humbling me and putting me in my place. These days, I’m finding other ways to chase my surfing dreams, fuel my “search” and stoke that inner drive to improve my skills! Now that I’m a mom of four, I’m focusing more on surfing with my kids! Raising children at the beach is not too bad, right? 😉 So to wrap this post we have got to be ready to adapt! If you’re wanting to overcome in any area of your life, I made an all access pass of every course I’ve created to live an unstoppable life. You’ll listen to incredible people you may have heard before including Tim Tebow, Bob Goff, Laird Hamilton, Gabby Reece, and more! 👀🥳 Comment: “overcome now” and I’ll send you a message with the details!

Bethany Hamilton Instagram – 20 years later… This was the location of my shark incident as a 13 year old girl.

I’m in awe of how much God has made beauty out of something so scary and so awful. When we face challenge, it can be hard to have hope beyond our chaos, but it is essential.

I hope that my life can be a ✨hint of hope✨for you in the challenges that you face.

I see the challenges along the way as a call to live in faith and to trust in God to carry me through it all! I’m so grateful to God for his faithfulness 😭🙌🏼

Life today…
I have an incredible husband, 4 amazing children, one super strong arm 💪🏽🤗 and a body that still allows me to surf and do my thang! 🤙🏼 I see so much goodness through one of the hardest moments of my life.
Thank you Jesus!!

The past 20 years has given me the opportunity to step into a call to bring hope to others and to be a part some really amazing things. Check them out!:
• @ohanaexperiences (mentorship for young women)
• @beautifullyflawedfoundation (Incredible retreats for men and women with limb differences)

But no doubt being a mom now and serving my family is the best call to my life!

Here’s to the next 20 years!!! 🥳
Bethany Hamilton Instagram – I’ll be honest, I’m not a raving fan of social media. But, I do work hard to keep up a strong presence on the platforms so that I can encourage and connect with all of you and the world! 🗺️🤙🏼

Social media is not all bad, but sometimes it can be a struggle to use it well! Before I know it, I’ve just spent way more time scrolling than I meant to or I’m looking at a friend’s post instead of looking at my son’s face when he’s talking to me.

As much as it’s fun to get dressed up for photos like these you’re seeing, it is not my every day reality with my husband, 3 boys, and daughter! 💛

Today I wanted to share some of my tops tips for keeping social media at a healthy distance.

1. Remember comparison is the thief of joy! Any second you recognize you may be slipping into believing your life is less than someone else’s… take a break.

2. Encourage those who God has called you to! Remember why you’re here – that could be as simple as being a light in a dark place.

3. Stay in today’s reality. Spend more time with your people without your phone. Put your phone in a separate room at night to remove distractions and get deeper sleep.

4. Create more than you consume! Get back to a life of creating, enjoying your activities and life giving pastimes.

I would love to know what helps you keep social media boundaries and even how you implement them in your family! 👇🏼 Share below!!
