Home Actress Lanisha Cole HD Photos and Wallpapers December 2023 Lanisha Cole Instagram - Back in March at a Size 6.. people in my comments congratulating me on being “pregnant again” because I had some extra weight on me lol. I became insecure in my body and started to cover up more which wasn’t me at all. Having people publicly scrutinize and critique my body wasn’t easy in the least bit. Fast forward to now (back down to a size 2- my normal size) and people asking my “real” weight loss secret thinking I’ve hopped on the pill train is comical. I will say this a million times- intermittent fasting juicing has been my secret weapon. Lately I’ve gotten back to incorporating physical activity which consists of taking daily walks around the neighborhood. It’s not intense but it works for me 💪🏾🙏🏾 . What’s been keeping me strong is my daughter and having Bee by my side who always told me how beautiful I am- regardless of my weight or my own insecurities at the time. I’m forever thankful to have my loving little family unit. . Here I am to tell all of you new Moms to please be patient with yourself 🙏🏾💕 It’s a journey that will take you through so many different stages. Focus on taking care of your mental health and protecting your peace during this time. Love on your family and let people talk in the meantime! You’ve got this 💪🏾 Take your time with it! . #weightlossjourney #healthyliving

Lanisha Cole Instagram – The day I post a man just know he doing EVERYTHING RIGHT. 🤤❤️🐝 That’s my baby right there 🥰
Lanisha Cole Instagram – Sancocho Panameño style soup 🥣🇵🇦 Using your leftover rotisserie chicken from @costco!
.
.
What you’ll need to make this recipe is:
✅ Leftover rotisserie chicken
✅ frozen or fresh yellow corn
✅ yuca
✅ white or golden potatoes
✅ carrots
✅ onion
✅ celery
✅ minced garlic
✅ thyme
✅ bay leaves
✅ 2 packs of sancocho seasoning
✅ can or container of chicken broth
✅ chicken bullion seasoning
✅ salt
.
.
Pour some olive oil in a frying pan with a portion of your celery, onions, carrots, and garlic. Next add your whole leftover rotisserie chicken (including the bones and gelatinous bits!) and can of broth. Heat until chicken is tender. Strain the juice and separate the meat from the bone- add to containers- and save for later.
.
Cut up and skin your yuca, potatoes, corn, carrots, onions, celery and add to a big pot. Add in the separated meat and broth from chicken. Toss in 2 packets of sancocho mix, chicken bullion, thyme, 2 bay leaves, garlic, thyme and salt.
.
.
Boil on medium heat for 45 minutes or until everything is tender and cooked through. Make sure you stir continuously so that your veggies don’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
.
Now serve it up with a side of rice!
.
This is the first thing I eat when I land in Panama 🥣🇵🇦🥣 Now I make it at home for my daughter! She loves it ❤️🙌🏾
.
.
Tell me in the comments how you make it in your country or if you eat it with rice too 😆🍚
