I, without a fail, start my day with adaptogenic mushrooms – Chaga, Cordyceps, Lions’ Mane, every freaking non negotiable single day.
I also take electrolytes and digestive enzymes on a regular basis.
Jos mood daily is by @selfdecode and is a great formula which has rhodiola, Ashwagandha, 5 HTP, Biotin, Zince etc.
Vitamin C
Oil of Oregano to support healthy Microbiome of the digestive track.
Calcium
Advanced Omega
Magnesium Breakthrough by @bioptimizers (I use their digestive enzymes as well) which is a formulation of 7 types of magnesium.
Dihydroberberine by @endurproductsco to lower glucose levels, better response to insulin by the body and prevents the liver from creating more glucose. A must have for diabetes and for a lot of carb eating non diabetics.
I keep cycling these and am not rigid about having them every single day. I use this supplement box (available on Amazon) whether I’m home or travelling to save the time and trouble of opening many bottles everyday.
