I will not get into why supplementing yourself is important.
Here is some of my night stack.
Inositol : Many benefits but I take it primarily to process the insulin better.
L- theanine : I love this baby. It is an amino acid found primarily in green and black tea and some mushrooms. It has calming effects on the body and provides restful sleep and improves certain aspects of cognitive function, like attention and memory. I use the one by @aiwohealth
Resveratrol : Itโs an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, glucose and lipid regulatory, neuroprotective, and has cardiovascular protective effects.
Curcumin : Itโs the best longevity herb there is. This one also has peperine, the compound needed for the absorption of curcumin.
Magnesium Citrate : Again, great for restful sleep and recovery. It also improves bone health. I use the one by @tothebonesupplements
Glycine : Glycine is an amino acid produced by the body that is important for building collagen, transmitting nerve impulses, and clearing toxins from the body. I havenโt been taking this and will start in 3 days. I use the one by @aiwohealth
The black pouch is pure Reishi Mushroom powder that Iโve been able to source after months of research, Iโm testing it for a product that we are working on. It is a powerful antioxidant, helps support the immune system, reduce inflammation, promote relaxation, improve sleep and manage stress and anxiety. If you take only this at night, you will sleep very well.
Ashwagandha is one of my favourites in the night stack and always helps me sleep better. Itโs not in the video.
Iโd highly recommend doing your blood work and then supplementing yourself.
