Curcumin : Itโ€™s the best longevity herb there is. This one also has peperine, the compound needed for the absorption of curcumin. Magnesium Citrate : Again, great for restful sleep and recovery. It also improves bone health. I use the one by @tothebonesupplements Glycine : Glycine is an amino acid produced by the body that is important for building collagen, transmitting nerve impulses, and clearing toxins from the body. I havenโ€™t been taking this and will start in 3 days. I use the one by @aiwohealth The black pouch is pure Reishi Mushroom powder that Iโ€™ve been able to source after months of research, Iโ€™m testing it for a product that we are working on. Megha Gupta Instagram – Manifested too hard and now Iโ€™m here. 

Dayummmmโ€ฆ some days I wake up and Iโ€™m just like.. what the fuck just happened ! 

Like how the fuck did I get from severely diabetic to owning some earth space on many global stages ?!! 

The first two images are from Bali, 6 years ago, when I didnโ€™t know I was diabetic. 

I was constantly hungry, constantly thirsty (for water then ๐Ÿ˜œ), was losing weight faster than Jaspreet Bhumrahs bowling speed (see my thighs) and kept thinking itโ€™s my insane Crossfit WODs making my metabolism shoot up like that. 

I came back and took mom to the doctor in Nasik for a clear chit from her cancer diagnosis when the doctor looked at me and said you are diabetic. Mom and I looked at each other and laughed, very daily soap moment honestly ๐Ÿ˜‚

I did not know then, that one line will make me cry for years. Hell broke loose and many tests later it was revealed that I do have type 1 diabetes. Basically my pancreas gave up on me due to high stress. 

At that point I did not know why God would do this to me. Much later I realised it was his 4th greatest gift to me (after mom, dad & Nes ๐Ÿฅฐ), it just took me years to unwrap that present. 

And FML, what a journey. 

Iโ€™ve brought my HBAIC from 17 (ya I donโ€™t know how I did not die then) to 6.5 with Biohacking and the past few months, had the sheer privilege of speaking at prestigious global platforms – 3rd slide from @biohackingcongress in Miami and the 5th from @dragonfly_health in Denver among others. 

Woke up to @dave.asprey (THE DAVE ASPREY) acknowledging my work in this field and sat back and closed my eyes. I wanted to cry. 

While I may not have fully โ€œarrivedโ€ โ€˜coz like what is โ€œarrivingโ€ even, Iโ€™m surely on my way to changing my life, and that of others, one soul at a time. 

I will not stop. I will not slow down, because I have you, my tribe, this community, to make sure I donโ€™t ๐Ÿ’œ

Iโ€™m not famous for very merry much but Iโ€™m famous for this – I will not give up and I wonโ€™t let you. 

So my lovely tribe, thank you for making this possible for us. 

Hereโ€™s to a relishing, nourishing and flourishing life.
