No phones, no internet, no “modern world” distractions. It really forces you to be in the moment and gives you a greater respect for Mother Nature, because she’s in charge. Canoe tripping is challenging, fulfilling, unpredictable, serene, scary and beautiful. It builds muscle, resilience and character. It encourages connection and disconnection.
