Halloween with the Greens 🤩
These boys!!! Already breakin hearts 🙂 and by that we mean our own with how damn fast they a growing up. Someone press pause so we can breathe and our hearts can catch up 🥹

I. Can’t. Handle it. He’s a little boy. I blinked and it happened 🥹 so big, so loving gentle curious kind … and opinionated lol. It’s ok because every stage and phase continues to get better and better. My mum keeps reminding me that these first 5-6 years were the favorite of her life and I get it. All the discoveries and learning and growing and stumbling and snuggling are the best feeling ever. One day, as many of you mama’s have shared with me… I’ll give anything to relive just a minute of these moments. 🤍

A little while back I had my @prenuvo scan and I let you guys know on my stories how it went. I figured I may as well let it live here to and also explain the good work they are doing to make this more affordable for everyone. Prenuvo is a full body MRI that can detect all sort of chronic diseases in their early stages. It gives a total look at what’s happening in your body that we otherwise don’t know until it’s too late.
My results. In short… perfectly healthy and no red flags AT ALL. The relief this gives me is something I cannot describe. I had informational discoveries like my breast tissue is quite dense and I’d benefit from ultrasounds at my mammograms. My spine has a little more than normal deterioration but considering what I do that’s expected. Physical therapy will help prevent issues later in life. Other than that… I’m all good 👍🏼
Many of you mentioned how out of touch this scan is considering it’s cost and I cannot disagree that it’s expensive. HOWEVER, Prenuvo is doing a lot of work to establish more evidence to prove to health systems and insurance companies that the technique they are using are not only effective for early detection of cancer and disease but that they also take cost out of the medical system so that the scan get hopefully approved in the future.
They also are reinvesting all scan proceeds in technologies that will allow them to gradually bring down the cost so that it becomes affordable for everyone. It’s new, and right now expensive but I love they are aware and doing what they can to rectify that.
This machine has already saved many lives, detected cancer early and given people a fighting chance. For any of you that can do it now I have a code below for you.
To all of you wether this is a realistic option right now or not, I wish you great health wealth and love in all your coming days and years ✨

A little glimpse of yesterday. Family, love, friends and amazing food (that this year I decided to not cook and I loved that choice for me 😊)
I’m grateful for so many things but especially this little tribe of mine. Grateful to love them and to know what it feels like to BE loved by them. Supported by them. Through the ups and downs, the transitions and lessons, the heartbreak and healing it’s all easier with them beside me. Though this year looked different to what I thought it would, it’s exactly what it’s meant to be. So much of what I’ve manifested for my life is now my reality and I know the rest is coming. So, I sit today and everyday in gratitude for all I have, I sit in patience for that which is coming, and I sit in unconditional love in abundance for this life and this tribe of mine.
