cook dinner with me for another date night at home 🧑🏼🍳❤️ this evening I made bone-in ribeye steak with rosemary & garlic butter, alongside some triple cooked Parmesan & truffle fries (Sam’s FAVE!). I also whipped up some chocolate fondants for dessert 🍫🤍 cooking allows me to be creative, throw myself into something where I can experiment and also get an incredible treat at the end… eating my own food and watching Sam’s face light up when he tastes my creations 😂🙈❤️

My 2023 in one minute…❤️
I know this sounds cliche, but truly, 2023 has been the best year of my life. I achieved dreams I never thought were possible🤍☁️✨
From becoming an ambassador for The Princess Of Wales’ early years campaign, to Strictly Come Dancing, to Cannes Film Festival with L’Oreal, to becoming a godmummy, to watching my incredible boyfriend become jungle KING!🥺😭👑❤️ every minute has been a “pinch me” moment.
I spent so much of the early part of the year down in Dorset, finishing off my series about the tragic loss of Gaia Pope, a project that I had worked on for a long time, and will remain so close to my heart forever. ❤️
I started filming two new documentary projects this Summer, and jumped on many flights between the UK, the US & Ibiza 💃🏼 I met some wonderful humans on my documentary projects this summer and I am so grateful for their hard work 🥺❤️ as always, my team at @bbcthree , thank you for always being open to my ideas, for believing in little old me… for supporting and championing me for the last 4 years!🫶🏻
I pretty much landed from Ibiza and went straight into Strictly, a show I never dreamed I’d get the opportunity to be a part of. I am so incredibly grateful to the team for choosing me to be a part of the series🫶🏻🥺 you know who you are, and I love you 🥰 as a die-hard Strictly fan, I felt like I did it for all the super fans out there😂 plus, I literally danced my toenails off (no joke, I only have 3 toenails left… the poor lady in the nail shop the other day 😂😭).
I’ll be seeing the New Year in with Sam and spending some proper time together… something we’ve not done enough in 2023 but we value this time SO much because of that. We are going to be doing some well deserved celebrating of the year we’ve both had whilst properly raising a glass to Sam’s incredible win this year. Couldn’t be prouder and more excited for 2024 💜🩷✨ xxx

It’s now only a few days until Christmas, and this morning me and my Mumma had a rummage through our boxes of old photos ❤️✨ so here’s a few throwbacks of baby me 👶🏼
🎄 Christmas as a 1 year old.. and my first festive photoshoot!!! I loved my little dress, my mum put me in it for the whole festive period that year 😂

When I think back to my Christmasses as a child, I don’t necessarily remember all of the presents I got. But what I do remember is the excitement, the magic, the family love and fun that we would have every year. I am so grateful that my parents always knew that the biggest gift they could have ever given me was their TIME. 🩷 all children deserve a nurturing, loving environment to thrive in, and through the work I am doing with @princeandprincessofwales @earlychildhood and the #ShapingUs campaign, I realise how fortunate I was (and still am) to be surrounded by so much love. Every single child deserves the right start. Let’s do all that we can to support children & families this Christmas. ❤️

my homemade French onion soup, easy, delicious, and warming for these winter evenings.🤍✨
Peel and slice 1kg onions; they can be white or red it doesn’t matter! Cook them down with some butter and olive oil on a medium heat for around 25 minutes until they’re super soft and silky.
Add a few diced garlic cloves (or garlic powder!) 1tsp salt, 1 heaped tbsp sugar and some balsamic vinegar to caramelise for a further 10 minutes, keeping the heat not too high so nothing burns.
Add 200ml white wine and bring the heat up a little to cook it off for a few mins. Add some stock… I used around 1L of beef stock. Try and make sure its good quality as this will enhance the flavour, but don’t worry, any will do! Add a dash of Worcester sauce, a bay leaf, and taste. I added a bit more salt. Leave to simmer on medium heat for a further 20 mins.
While this was cooking down, I grated my cheese (I used Gruyere which is the cheese used traditionally, but you can use any cheese! Cheddar would work fine. I didn’t measure this, I just grated about 3/4 of a block lol!!. I also sliced my baguette and fried these off in some butter, When the soup was done, I added into oven proof dishes, assembled with some cheese, the baguette slices and then more cheese!!! Pop in the oven or under the grill until the cheese is melted. And VOILAAAA!
get Christmas Eve ready with us… I wrapped gifts, made cookies with my nephew (who unfortunately had to head off for his afternoon nap during decoration time 😂❤️) and just appreciated how beautiful and Christmassy the house is feeling 🥺❤️🎄
