😁Well, at 55 years old, I’m here to prove otherwise! It just takes a positive mindset, discipline, and strategic techniques (designed by friend & personal trainer @hoflundrob ) to isolate the muscles and get you pumped!

Here is an upper body workout that will get you ripped at ANY age! 💪😃👍

UPPER BODY WORKOUT
🏋️‍♀️TRISET # 1
1. Rear Delt Fly
(from high pulley)
2. Straight Arm Pull Down (single arm)
3. Bicep Curl
(high pulley)

➡️Do each exercise above for 15 reps each arm. Then repeat the Triset 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds before moving on to Triset # 2 👇

🏋️‍♀️TRISET # 2
4. Cable Cross
(single arm from high pulley)
5. Lat Pull Down
(single arm, kneeling)
6. Tricep Extension
(single arm, from high cable)

➡️Do each exercise above for 15 reps each arm. Then repeat the Triset 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds before moving onto the last round of exercises. 👇

🏋️‍♀️SUPERSET
7. Bicep Curl to Overhead Press
8. Tricep Dips
(on bench, elevated feet)

➡️Do each exercise for 15 reps. Repeat for 3 rounds total.
