To anyone who knows me, my long time admiration of Anne Carson’s work is no secret. Back in 2020 I watched a recorded performance of ‘Lecture on the History of Skywriting’, expertly delivered (as always) by Carson, and since then I’ve been adapting it into a music work, using her voice. She’s remarkable. Whenever this project sees the light of day, it’ll make me happy.
