Hiking for 3 days on the Western most part of Europe in the Azores. Had the entire island and trail to myself traveling before crowds this March. Beautiful coasts and farmland between little towns of barking dogs. Falling in love with Portugal more and more.
Hiking 25 miles on the Routeburn Track, a Great Walk in New Zealand in November. Decided to overnight wild camp up at Lake Wilson off the main trail a bit. Full video on YouTube.
Hiking 40 miles on the Rees-Dart Track in New Zealand. Spent 3 days tramping hut to hut with @elinasborne and @wrenees But more rugged than the Great Walks popular on the South Island. One of the shooting locations for Isengard from LOTR.
