Before I go into full baby watch mode, I wanted to share some photos from Tucson and the @cologuard_classic golf tournament. We had a wonderful time with our friends from Exact Sciences and @jkelly13pga who approached the CEO and our friend Kevin Conroy about hosting this tournament and it was off to the races! I met some folks who were screened with @cologuard and that saved their lives. Also spent time with so many great advocacy groups who are working hard to raise awareness about colorectal cancer screening. And it was so great to see @craigmelvinnbc as well, though he too is a member of a club no one wants to join, having lost his brother Lawrence to colon cancer. (And while we were there, the @katiecouricmedia team put together a great PSA that I will post tomorrow.) So here’s the drill friends: if you’re 45 or over talk to your doctor about getting screened. This is the second leading cancer killer of men and women combined but it doesn’t have to be this way!!! Early detection saves lives. Period. And if you’re under 45 (there’s been a disturbing trend of younger people getting diagnosed with this disease) please be aware of symptoms: blood in your stool, change in stool color or shape, unexplained weight loss, fatigue, bloating and generally feeling unwell. Advocate for yourself! Find a doctor who will listen and not blow you off. Since we have several more days in March, I will continue to post about this because I love my followers (well, most of them lol) and I want you to stay healthy!!!!! (At some point, these posts may be interrupted by a photo of a beautiful baby btw) But PLEASE get screened!!! Do it for yourself and for the people you love.❤️ (and how do I get these gross porn bots from my account when I’m trying to save lives??????? 🫤)

One of the most enriching and fun parts of being married to @johnmolner is that I’ve had the privilege of having an additional set of parents in Herby and Paula. As you all know, I think the world of them. 💗 Today is Herb’s birthday and tomorrow is Paula’s. I thought we could dust off this little chestnut for their words of wisdom on love and marriage. 🥰 They must be doing something right…they’ve been married for 66 years ‼️ So wish these two crazy kids the happiest of birthdays below! 🥳 🎂 🍾PS I dig the 70’s threads!!!!!!!! #groovy
Who knew when I interviewed Kacey Musgraves at the Salt Lake City Olympics (when she was 13!!!!) she’d become such a superstar and one of my favorite artists??? Follow your arrow wherever it points kids!!! Happy “Deeper Well” day to all who are celebrating….congrats @spaceykacey!!! 🤠🌱

After weeks of speculation regarding her health and whereabouts, Kensington Palace released an official photo of Catherine, Princess of Wales on Sunday — the first official photograph of Kate, 42, since her abdominal surgery on January 16.
As a reminder, the princess had not been seen officially in public since Christmas Day after but was photographed unofficially in a car being driven by her mother Carole Middleton last week.
The never-before-released snap shows the Princess of Wales dressed casually in jeans and boots. She’s surrounded by her children, Prince Louis, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte, who are sporting sweaters and big smiles. The photo was likely released to quell all the rumors circulating online about the Princess of Wales, but people were quick to point out some odd discrepancies in the image.
The Associated Press said that after a post-publication inspection of the photograph, its editors determined that the image “shows an inconsistency in the alignment of Princess Charlotte’s left hand.” The source of the photo, it said, “had manipulated the image in a way that does not meet A.P.’s photo standards.” Several Picture agencies issued a “kill notice” halting future distribution of the picture, including Getty Images, Associated Press, Agence France-Presse, Shutterstock, PA and Reuters.
On Monday, the Princess of Wales tweeted from her official account: “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” Catherine wrote in a post on social media. “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”
The Palace said in statement today to the Press Association that the Waleses’ press team will not be releasing the original image of the princess and her children.
We have more info in today’s issue of Wake-Up Call, which you can read at the link in my bio. What are your thoughts about all of this hubbub? Let me know. 👇

Happy #internationalwomensday from me and my fabulous crew! ✨💪 See you soon @sxsw! 🤠PS: You want to watch our panel “Breaking Barriers, Shaping Narratives: How Women Lead On and Off the Screen” at the link in my bio!
As I mentioned in my previous post, I met some amazing people advocating for colon cancer awareness and screening at the @cologuard_classic. We put this PSA together to remind people to take charge of their health, speak to their doctors, and GET SCREENED! Early detection saves lives. Have you been screened for colon cancer? Let me know in the comments below. ⬇️ Remember, regular screening starts at 45 years old, so make those appointments sooner rather than later.
Thank you to all of the friends I saw in Tucson for being a part of this special video. 💙

🚨 The House on Wednesday passed a bill that would lead to a nationwide ban of the popular video app @tiktok if its China-based owner doesn’t sell, as lawmakers acted on concerns that the company’s current ownership structure is a national security threat.
According to @apnews, the bill, passed by a vote of 352-65, now goes to the Senate, where its prospects are unclear.
TikTok, which has more than 150 million American users, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chinese technology firm ByteDance Ltd.
The lawmakers contend that ByteDance is beholden to the Chinese government, which could demand access to the data of TikTok’s consumers in the U.S. any time it wants. The worry stems from a set of Chinese national security laws that compel organizations to assist with intelligence gathering.
House passage of the bill is only the first step. The Senate would also need to pass the measure for it to become law, and lawmakers in that chamber indicated it would undergo a thorough review. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said he’ll have to consult with relevant committee chairs to determine the bill’s path.
President Joe Biden has said if Congress passes the measure, he will sign it.
“Israel cannot survive if it becomes a pariah.” On Thursday, Senator Chuck Schumer, Democrat of New York and the highest-ranking Jewish elected official in the United States, delivered a pointed speech on the Senate floor excoriating Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel as a major obstacle to peace in the Middle East and calling for new leadership in Israel, five months into the war.
Per the @nytimes, many Democratic lawmakers have condemned Mr. Netanyahu’s leadership and his right-wing governing coalition, and President Biden has even criticized the Israeli military’s offensive in Gaza as “over the top.” But Mr. Schumer’s speech amounted to the sharpest critique yet from a senior American elected official — calling for new elections in Israel, describing Netanyahu as an “obstacle to peace,” and urging Israel to “do better,” citing the estimated tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians killed.
