Our HEALTH & WELLNESS IS EVERYTHING! And I don’t play when it comes to my health. I practice “preventive health care” and have been supplementing with vitamins since I was 25 years old. I’ve also been blessed to have had 2 incredible doctors who have watched over me throughout my adult life: the trailblazing #DrUzziReiss out of LA and the brilliant #DrJosephHickey who relocated his NY practice to Hilton Head a while ago! There were so many surprises and emotional moments that I can’t show just yet, but I had to clean off my smeared mascara because tears were shed!!
