Oliver Ingrosso Instagram – One pasta I’m particularly proud of, because I made it myself. Is this spaghetti con burro e limone. It’s not like I revolutionist anything at all but I’ve never seen it before. That doesn’t mean it’s not been done though.
It’s a beautiful mix between the roasted garlic, sautéed spinach, lemon, butter and Parmesan and of course spaghetti. Who doesn’t love spaghetti !? The method is in my cookbook.
