Here’s a little action from @fourflamingosorl where we collaborate with the team at @hyattregencygrandcypress to serve black lime, pepper and garlic crusted swordfish chops, to black truffle, oxtail and foie gras stuffed empanadas and flambéed Baked Floridas nightly. . .. . The project was successful enough to warrant a second location, albeit in a more intimate footprint down in Key West at @hyattcentrickw where you can’t find a better view or daily catch… . . . #consulting #entreepreneur #restaurateur #chef
