So my six simple steps to a healthier lifestyle. 🌱 They’re practical, manageable, and designed to fit into even the busiest of schedules. From quick workouts to mindful eating tips, there’s something for everyone.
1. Go for a walk each day.
2. Reduce your alcohol consumption.
3.Try and avoid as much plastic as possible.
4. Cook from raw food, use as few jars & tins as possible.
5.Eat more fruit. Fruit fruit fruit.
6.Smile more.- bring joy each day.
