Home Actress Gemma Atkinson HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers April 2024 Gemma Atkinson Instagram - My last pics from 12 weeks at UP Manchester. I genuinely cannot wait to go again! Beyond excited to feel this energised and strong again. Only this time with two babies later, I’ll have some extra mum power 💪🏼 Roll on January! Like last time I’ll be sharing my 12 weeks with @ultimateperformancelive The good days, tough days, workouts and of course the F bombs to evil Steve 😂 It’s going to sound strange to some that I want to get bigger. I want more muscle and more strength. Everyone assumes we all train to shrink and it isn’t always the case. I’m 40 next year and one of the effects of aging is loss of muscle mass & strength, which puts us at a higher risk for injuries day to day and things like aches and pains and osteoporosis. Strength training and building muscle helps us in so many ways physically but also mentally. Believe it or not, studies show it helps with better sleep, increases energy expenditure, improves mental health and the ability to take on daily responsibilities as well. All in all it contributes to better aging, which I’m all for!

Gemma Atkinson Instagram – To my fellow, we can’t really dance but we try after a drink, always bring shades to hide our smudged mascara from laughing, always missing at parties but is always found on the floor with the dog or any other house pet, gin loving legend! @nat3891 There’s not enough we can say to describe you! Your kindness, love and loyalty to your friends is something else and I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing it first hand since we were 17! Today you turn 40!!!! And you’re even more fabulous! Happy Birthday Nat, see you later for cake and coffee (because we’re now that cool) 😂❤️
Gemma Atkinson Instagram – You guys remember evil Steve right?? He put me through my paces for 12 weeks @ultimateperformancelive before i had Mia. Well I’ve decided from January I’m going back for another 12 weeks! 🤗 I want to see strength wise if I’m still capeable to hit those PB’s 5 years later and after two babies. Weight wise I’m very nearly back to what I was pre pregnancy. (I’m about 6lb off) Those that have followed me a while know I’ve never been arsed about the scales really. Women fluctuate during monthly cycles anyway so I’ve never focused on just that alone. I was actually heavier in these videos than I am now but a shed load stronger too. I know there’s always been the craze in society for us to be slim, but once you’ve been strong and muscular, for me, there’s no better feeling! I can’t think of a better way to start the new year. My 40th year! I’m over half way through @hatch_athletic postpartum plan at the min and I cannot recommend Kat enough to ladies who’ve had a baby and want to start training again. The attention to detail in her plans not only for ab separation but to mentally make sense of what our body has been through has made such a difference to me. It’s actually help put me in the mindset to do the 12 weeks again. I highly recommend.
Like last time at UP I’ll be sharing my training journey on here with honest before and afters. The days it’s tough, as it’s never just easy unfortunately 😂 I think pain wise though after a full day in labour with Tio rocking back and forth upstairs I can take the DOMS from Evil Steve! Excited to see what this mama can do 💪🏼
