It’s no secret that my family’s love and dedication to @childrensla runs deep.
As many of you know, our son Bennett has been a patient of CHLA starting when he was about 12 hours old in 2017. CHLA has been there for our family through 3 heart surgeries, 2 broken bones and countless follow up appointments and ER visits for both our sons. This is just one of the many reasons why my husband is running the LA Marathon this year.
Outside of the fact that Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles has provided exceptional care for our two boys, one of the most special and important aspects of this hospital is the fact that they provide that same level of care for every child who enters its doors, regardless of their socio-economic situation or health insurance. CHLA is one of very few safety net hospitals left in our country. Because of the generous donations of so many, CHLA turns no child away!
Your charitable gift will make a difference in the lives of many young patients and their families. Any amount, big or small, will be greatly appreciated and will help us create hope and build healthier futures for the families of our area and beyond.
