Gregg produced an incredibly delicious and super healthy Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe that beat Anna’s takeaway dish on so many levels! 🥳👏 To celebrate his win we are sharing his sweet and sour chicken recipe for you all to enjoy yourselves rather than spending money on a takeaway this weekend! Ingredients: (Serves 2) ⦿ 100g Chopped Pineapple ⦿ 1 tbsp Soy Sauce ⦿ 1 tsp Grated Ginger ⦿ 1 tbsp Olive oil ⦿ 230ml Pineapple Juice ⦿ 400g Chicken (diced) ⦿ 1 tsp Garlic granules ⦿ 1 tbsp Honey ⦿ 2 Peppers (chopped) ⦿ 400g Passata ⦿ 3 Spring onions (chopped) ⦿ 250g Cooked Brown Rice Method: 1. Prepare your ingredients and put your rice on to cook 2. Add olive oil to pan and letting it heat before adding the chicken – cook until white all over 3. Once the chicken is cooked, add ginger, garlic granules, spring onion and pepper to pan, stir and cook for about 5 mins Add passata, soy sauce, honey and pineapple juice to pan, stir and let thicken 4. What more could you ask for from your healthy eating plan than a warm, gooey, chocolatey breakfast that is super quick, indulgent and delicious? 🍫🤤 Start your morning the right way with the beautiful and rich chocolate brownie baked oats recipe from GreggWallace.Health 💚 Ingredients and method below ⬇️ Serves 1: ⦿ 30g Oats ⦿ 1 Egg ⦿ 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda ⦿ 1 tbsp cocoa powder ⦿ 60ml milk of your choice ⦿ 1/2 Banana ⦿ 1 small handful dark chocolate chips ⦿ 1 handful blueberries ⦿ 2 tbsp yoghurt 1. Pre-heat oven to 190ºc add all ingredients to a blender apart from the chocolate chips, yoghurt and berries – blitz 2. Add to a ramekin and top with chocolate chips – bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes – serve with yoghurt and berries – enjoy! 😍💚

Takeaway VS Fakeaways… who will win⁉️ Anna really fancied a takeaway but I was convinced I was going to be able to make a version of her chosen takeaway favourite – sweet and sour chicken, that was much healthier, much quicker, taste better and was sooo much cheaper! 😱🤤 It was most certainly a challenge and a very close call but this well and truly proves that you are better off saying no to the unhealthy takeaways and learn to cook yourself a much more impressive, enjoyable, healthier and cheaper alternative instead! GREGG WALLACE ON 20 YEARS OF MASTERCHEF AND FAMILY LIFE A brand new Monday means a brand new Mile, and in today’s ep I’m joined by British TV legend @greggawallace. You’ll know him as a judge on @masterchefuk, but you may not be as familiar with his mission to transform our country’s health through his lifestyle platform @greggwallace.health. I catch up with Gregg in the middle of filming Series 20 of MasterChef, where he tells us how the show has stayed fresh after decades on the air. Television is a mad world to navigate even if you’re not as busy as him, so I ask him about how he manages such a hectic lifestyle. He plans meticulously, and squeezes a lot in – including plenty of time with his wife Anna and youngest son Sid, who has severe Autism. Strict planning also helped Gregg achieve huge weight loss in recent years. He cut out fast food and snacks and started centring his diet on healthy, hearty meals. Now Gregg helps others do the same through his website GreggWallace.Health, with the mission of halting the fast-rising obesity crisis striking our country. It’s a noble cause!
