Saransh Goila Instagram – Green and red tomato ki kaafi interesting aur देलीशास chaat. Inspired by lanes of Banaras this chaat is full of umami and that namak para on top is genius. We made our own version of the classic by blending two tomatoes 🍅 and also added old school makhana and Kaju! While there are many street food versions, which is your fav? Did you enjoy the Collab? Do Tamatar ki Chaat

Chop 200g Green & Red tomatoes

150g Sugar
200ml Water
1/2 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Toasted jeera
Crushed chili
Bring to a boil & cook till thickened

Waah 🙂‍↕️😎
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Jeera
1 Green chili, chopped
1 inch Ginger, chopped
1/2 tbsp Poppy seeds
A handful of Makhanas & Cashews
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Black salt
Mix well
Add the tomatoes
Mix well
Salt to taste
A splash of water
30g Khoya
Cover & cook for 10 minutes
30ml Imli ka paani
Mix well
2 Boiled potatoes
Mix well
Look at that 🤌🏻🔥
Eat some namakpara first 🤌🏻😮‍💨

Add the chaat to a bowl
Sprinkle chaat masala,
jeera powder,
1 tsp Ghee
Spicy chashni
Crushed namakpara
Coriander, chopped
