Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Restaurants tend to serve huge portions, they can easily make more than one meal. Here’s how I hit my macros & keep them balanced when ordering from a restaurant. Keep in mind my overall goal is health and maintaining my current weight & lean muscle mass.

But we get it from several different foods for variety. The blue container is for things like nuts, avocado, hummus and dairy. The orange container is for seeds & salad dressings and we also have taps for oils and nut butters.
