Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond flour
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened plain coconut yogurt
1 tsp. Olive oil mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1 dash sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
Directions:
Preheat Belgian waffle iron; lightly coat with spray
Add almond flour, eggs, yogurt, mayonnaise, baking powder, and salt to a mixing bowl; stir to combine
Add batter to waffle iron; cook for 4 min or until waffle iron indicates finished
Cut waffle in half; use to make a sandwich (or in any recipe that calls for sliced bread)
