While all of these sodas I’m reviewing are by your request, and they all seem decent at first glance, it boils down to personal choices for sugar intake.

As little refined sugars in our diets as possible keeps blood sugar lower, helps to minimize hunger cravings, and prevents addictive emotional eating cycles.
–
Yes, sugar releases serotonin AND dopamine into the bloodstream. It elevates the mood AND the brain reinforces the activity that just occurred to feel “happy.” In this case, ingesting sugars.

While none of these have excessive amounts of sugar, if there’s an option to have zero sugar, I always lean towards that, personally.

But life is about balance, and I never judge you for your choices.
