I gained 20 pounds after marriage and I wanted to feel fit and healthy again. It’s been a journey losing the weight naturally and not using diet pills like I’ve done in the past so I’m really proud of myself 🙌🏼 It’s taken me a year and I’m not fully back to where my clothes fit the same but losing it slowly vs quickly has helped me keep it off. 15 days alcohol free and Day 3 of Barry’s Bootcamp and I’ve never felt better or more clear. I don’t know why it feels different this time but I’ve been re-evaluating my relationship with alcohol and on a Sober Curious journey ✨ I shared a little bit about my story and why I’ve put alcohol on timeout in my Stories today. I got invited to the new @goodamerican store opening in Fashion Island and it was such a vibe 🖤 I was among the first to experience the new space and the collection they have in-store is everything my hips and bootie didn’t realize they needed!
