If you absolutely need the crunch of salty snacks like I do sometimes, look for ingredients you know whole food sources. Chips fried in avocado oil or coconut oil are still a little fatty, but in moderation they’re a better option than palm oil, partially hydrogenated oils, or cottonseed oils.
I know different research is coming out all the time on different ingredients, but you can’t go wrong with whole food ingredients, raw ingredients, and things you know are food just maybe packaged up cute at the store.
