Today whilst doing my usual routine … i actually did think I’m really enjoying massaging oil into my skin and actually taking the time to do it. It felt so good, so nourishing and I bloody took my time.
For the first time in a long time I’m not feeling guilty for taking my time doing the things I love…. Because I’m giving myself permission….i’m healing mentally, physically and spiritually.
You don’t need to come to Bali to take your time….just make the time last longer doing what you love – do it without feeling guilty too.
