Colt Prattes Instagram – A friend of mine told me that I should be doing lives every once in a while on here… So today I did one while I tried for a new back squat PR.
My old one was 350lb/159kg from about five weeks ago. Today we scraped by with a massive PR then we had some fruit snacks. It was a wild day and we’re just getting started.
